Supplied with various bore modifications and outside diameter treatments, these modified standard parts reduce costs by eliminating the need for custom orders. They are ideal for food processing and packaging applications.

Stafford Manufacturing Corp. introduced a wide range of standard shaft collars and brackets that can be supplied with various bore and outside diameter modifications to reduce costs by eliminating the need for custom orders.

Stafford shaft collars include thousands of standard parts and most can be modified with hex, key, round, square, and thread bores as well as mounting holes, countersunk slots, outside diameter flats, mating surfaces. cam, rollers, notches, pulley grooves, etc. These parts are available in a wide range of materials and sizes, and can be finished with multiple surface treatments.

Ideal for food processing and packaging applications, standard Stafford Shaft Collar parts are USDA and FDA approved 303 or 316 stainless steel, nylon or Delrin® with 18-8 or SS fasteners, and aluminum, steel and various alloys. Bore diameters range from 1/8 “to 6” inside diameter, depending on the material, and nylon and Delrin® clamps are available in diameters from 1 “to 4” inside diameter.

Stafford modified shaft collars can reduce costs by up to 50% and significantly reduce delivery times compared to ordering special custom parts.
